It took 30 minutes to check in to our room on 9/6/19. The air conditioner was extremely loud -- when it started up, it sounded like a propeller jet and then rattled loudly after that. Also, the toilet ran. One night, 9/7/19, there was a VERY loud party in the restaurant, and it was very disturbing. We called the manager to ask how long it would go on & they said until midnight or 1:00. We said that it was very disturbing and not really fair to hotel guests. No apology was offered.
Our key cards got unprogrammed once during our visit as well.
Furthermore, the breakfast times seemed very early; on weekdays, it was only available until 9:00, and on weekends, 9:30. On the upside, the breakfast was decent -- the waffle batter in particular was quite good & just the right consistency, which is unusual, and they had shakers of cinnamon & sugar to put on it. The coffee was also better than what many lower end hotels offer.
There are lots of other hotels in the area. I would suggest at staying in one of those.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We take great pride in our hotel and customer satisfaction is very important to us. We apologize for the dissatisfaction of your stay and that we did not meet your expectations -or our own- better. We apologize that the AC was loud and toilet ran and the party was loud on Saturday. We have asked our maintenance team to check on the rooms and they have already fixed the AC unit.
We have forwarded your comments on breakfast to our breakfast team and they are very happy to learn that you enjoyed our waffle and the coffee. Rest assured we are listening and have begun our hotel improvements to better enhance our guestrooms and guest experience moving forward. We cannot take back this stay, we can only hope for another opportunity to exceed your expectations
