Dear Tannerz, Thank you for the fantastic review and for describing your experience with us on New Years Eve. I must say that it was great to see the vast majority of the guests mingling together and celebrating the New Year in a "family environment". I would also like to thank our guests for including the staff in their celebrations, I know those of us who worked that night really enjoyed the atmosphere that you all created. Due to all of the lovely feedback we have received, we will be do it all again at the end of the year, so again, thank you for your superb feedback. Wishing you and your family a healthy, wealthy and happy 2020. Kind Regards

Dear Joan G, Thank you for the fantastic five star review and your lovely comments regarding the hotel and grounds. I do apologise for the noise from the windows, but I'm sure you will agree that storm "Brendan" did his best to keep all of the North East awake that night. I have mentioned your comment to the maintenance team who will assess the action required to lessen the effects to our guests in the future. I hope you had a great time at Beamish Museum, it is an amazing asset to the North East. Wishing you and your family health, wealth and happiness throughout 2020. Kind Regards,
