The Stables Restaurant and Bar has built a reputation on serving only the finest quality and locally sourced food available. From evening dining, Sunday lunches to the quintessential Afternoon Tea.

The Stables Restaurant and Bar housed in the converted 18th century stable block. The Pub and Restaurant features a large external courtyard. The building itself has been lovingly restored and retains the building's original features. You will be greeted by original stone floors, exposed beams, antique furniture, and of course our famed northern hospitality. We welcome both our residents as well as walk-in guests. The Stables, ideal for a visit after Beamish Museum, offers satisfying seasonal menus with dishes prepared from the freshest local ingredients.

The Stables Restaurant has built its reputation on serving only the finest quality food available. Our food features carefully selected local produce and combine the staple ingredients of British cuisine. Our diverse menu features everything from light lunches and super-salads to pub classics and mouth-watering desserts. Many of our dishes are vegetarian and vegan, and we're proud of our service for diners with allergies and specific dietary requirements, with many of our dishes available to be made dairy or gluten free.

The charming and rustic atmosphere of The Stables will be the perfect backdrop to your catchup with family and friends, whatever the occasion. Available Monday-Friday at 12:00, 12:30, 14:00. 14:30 and 16:00hrs. Priced from £22.95pp with vegetarian & vegan options available. (24hr advance booking required for all party sizes. Golf Off Site

The Golf Club shares the beautiful Beamish valley with Beamish Hall hotel and the award winning Beamish Open Air Museum. Set in the grounds of a former deer park the club celebrated their centenary in 2006. In 1963 the course was redesigned by Henry Cotton and you are invited to play our challenging but attractive course with stunning views.
