Thank you very much for your feedback. We are pleased that most aspects of your hotel stay were good but may we apologise for the shortfall you experienced at the Stables. Please note that this is not a regular occurrence. As you can see from previous reviews, the Stables is generally very highly regarded with our guests. We do hope that you'd mentioned something when you were staying with us so we could have resolved any issues right away? We're always working to try and improve our connectivity and WiFi throughout the building, and apologise that it wasn't working particularly well during the time of your stay with us.
