Dear John T, Thank you for the "impressive" 5 star review and for taking the time to post it. I am so pleased that you enjoyed your latest visit back to the Beamish family. I will ensure that I pass on your kind words to all the staff, it makes it all worthwhile during these difficult times when they see their hard work recognised. Also many thanks for your comments regarding the Stables restaurant, I know that the vast majority of our customers appreciate that we are pushing ourselves to the maximum to ensure our guest and staff safety is assured, while at the same time introducing 3 new menus since 4th July as the food/liquor supply trade has allowed us. I am constantly amazed at the flexibility of our team, I am lucky to work with them. I look forward to seeing you again soon, please do not hesitate to contact us direct with any reservation requirement. Kind Regards and stay safe.

Dear Shahzeen, I am disappointed to read that you feel that "standards have fallen off the cliff", I do believe like us, all restaurants are trying their very best to operate as safely as they can within the restrictions that have been placed upon them. This has involved limiting the amount of staff on shift, a reduction in tables available, reduced menu's and of course at times, a longer wait time to name a few. I have noted your comments regarding the food and will ensure that the chef is aware. Kind Regards and stay safe
