To many faults in the room

We arrived at the Hotel late on a Friday night, when we got in the room the sink was cracked (room 22) 2 lights did not work and the Hot water tap did not let any water out at all just tuned and nothing happened. I complained but they could not move us until the following day, i talked to the receptionist and explained that we had to kneel by the side of the bath for hot water or shower. The reply was say a pray for me whilst your there, which i thought was unprofessional. The faults were never fixed, i was not offered a discount or free breakfast which is only continental, help yourself in a very small room, previous visits you got a token with your breakfast for the coffee machine this time you had to pay £2 for the same service.
I feel as a Best Western member that the service i received was very poor less

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I have also responded to you privately regarding these issues. I'm sorry that your stay fell well below the standards that are usually experienced by our guests and rest assured that I am personally investigating these issues to ensure that we can put things right to ensure that no other guest has this experience.
Its by receiving feedback from our guests that we are able to put these issues right and thank you for taking the time to leave us a review although it is with regret you have had to do so.
