Clean rooms great price

Stayed at this beat western last week when there night was ending around 3;30am ther night clerk was very friendly and wad able to give us a lower level walk in room even offered extended check out.. ... more

late check in and late check out

Even with me checking in at around 3am I was offered the late check out of 12:00 noon. when 12 came around the clock in the room said 11 so the cleaning ladies still gave me the extra time to get out ... more

Along with guest preferences, cleanliness is also a top priority. During this public health crisis of the Coronavirus (COVID- 19), the most important thing we are doing is focusing on the cleanliness of our hotel. We are using enhanced techniques to clean guest rooms after each guest stay. Paying particular attention to high touch point areas, to include key cards, public area computers, door handles, locks and latches, light switches, desk surfaces, telephones, television remote controls, and bathroom fixture handles. We have heightened sanitizing attention to common areas, such as the front desk, guest laundry, and guest restroom. Dear David M, I would like to personally apologize for your poor experience at our hotel. In regards to the $150 incidental fee, please understand that in order to check in to any hotel a valid form of payment is required at the time of the booking as well as upon check in for incidentals. Please note that this amount is just a hold and is returned after your departure. When you check out of our hotel you are only charged the amount seen on the bill and the initial authorization is released. This hold is immediately released back to your credit card but depending on your bank it takes 3-5 business days for you to see it on there. This is common practice among all major hotel brands. The incidental fee is clearly stated when booking your room online. Upon reviewing of our cameras, our desk clerk clearly stated that to your wife and she was not happy about this. Seeing as you booked with a 3rd party website (such as Expedia), we were unable to refund you the room amount. Furthermore, your wife demanded the manager’s personal cell number and the desk clerk did not give it to her as we do not give out personal information about any employee to any guests. However, she was told she can speak to or contact the manager the following morning. No keys were thrown anywhere and no one told your wife to "get out". When you were brought in by your wife, you in turn told your wife to leave the front office so you can get a better understanding of this. The desk clerk on duty did leave because she was distraught by the situation on hand. Both clerks and the manager (in which he was contacted by our desk clerk), said the same things to you that were previously stated to your wife. Again, please accept my apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused you. For your future travel needs, I recommend contacting the hotel ahead of time to see what their policy is so that you may plan accordingly. We appreciate your stay with us and hope this does not steer you away from choosing Best Western as your hotel of choice. Sincerely, Dana P. Guest Relations
