Poor cleaning policy. Uncomfortable bed due to plastic cover on the mattress. Bed pillows too small. You are instructed to go to the office for room supplies as full service is not offered to guests staying longer than 2 nights. We could clearly hear the guests above us and their family moving about well into the night. less

We are very sorry to hear that we did not meet your expectations. We have a very dedicated staff that takes pride in their work, but COVID-19, along with the recent Delta Variant has caused many challenges that we are working through. As a hotel that takes precautions towards covid-19 and is understaffed, like many businesses across the country, we have limited certain amenities, like room service. We have displayed signs at the front desk and in our guest's rooms stating this. In regards to the guests above you, we apologize about that, and if notified the front desk clerk would have surely acknowledged them.
