This hotel has not been updated! Crappie blankets, broken tile, dirty pool. Noise from the hall feels like it is in your room. You get a coupon for the restaurant on Sunday at check in, oops sorry the restaurant is closed today! There are lots of good choices for lodging in Fort Dodge go to one of them, DONT STAY HERE! less

Thank you for completing the survey regarding your recent stay at our property.
On behalf of our entire team, I would like to apologize for not meeting your expectations. When we learned of your challenges at check-out, it was definitely our goal to find some resolution. Certainly part of that exploration is to ensure that we did not overlook any alternative avenues that we could have taken the day and night of your arrival. ie: Different room or room type, perhaps a different area of the hotel, etc., as we have many options in our 99 unit property - all of which have seen updates. It was not meant to replay a poor experience - but rather to let you to know that had we known of the challenges earlier - we might have been able to provide a better alternative for you and your family. We simply like to address such obstacles as they arise, and did not want you to feel that you ever have to accept less than suitable conditions!
Unfortunately, we just could not seem to correct-course, and as you mentioned - you had chosen rather to respond through our surveys and reviews. Certainly this is one example of how these surveys can be utilized, but I honestly believe had we been able to move to calmer waters - that we could have come up with the very solution(s) you were wishing to achieve. In spite of best efforts - sometimes things just do not go as planned - but we do solemnly try to make it right!
Again, our apologies for not providing you with a better night's stay! Should we have another opportunity in the future to serve you and your family lodging needs - I do hope that you will contact me so we can once again try and find the best possible way to meet them!
