Scott Cameron joined us from previously working alongside Albert Roux in Inverness as his sous chef at the Rocpool, taking the Rocpool up to a 2 Rosette Restaurant. Scott has since been working on changing the menus throughout the hotel and also has planned on re-opening Alexanders Restaurant at the beginning of 2017.
