Snaptravel app booked me for a handicap room by mistake. I was willing to pay the difference, cancel and rebook, or switch rooms if necessary. Their office manager Linda was on some ego trip as I tried to explain the technology of booking through these apps. She clearly didn't understand anything but too fragile to admit her limitation. I just needed a bed, didn't care about all the bells and whistles. A cot on the floor would be just as fulfilling, I've never been a flashy person. There was, however, a mistake made that I was trying to correct. Linda brought over the the guy who owns the property, I guess. Didn't catch his name but he turned out to be just as big a moron as Linda. He told me if I woudn't switch rooms (for the love of Jeebus!) I should get my stuff and get off his property. I told him I would be glad to if he canceled my reservation and gave me a full refund. He did. Inside I was jumping for joy as I couldn't stomach giving another dime to these god awful people. Linda seemed pretty pleased with herself after that. I asked her if she realized that I just won that. I'm still not sure she does. less
