This hotel is in a good location, convenient to many restaurants and within walking distance of the Cracker Barrel. Plenty of parking and good lighting when dark. We chose this hotel based on the reviews from TripAdvisor. The hotel lobby is alright, although the coffee was ice cold and old, the staff on duty was friendly. As soon as we stepped into our room we noticed debris along the baseboards, and beads from a broken necklace on the floor. So, we knew the room had not been vacuumed. But, when I walked into the bathroom - my shoes stuck to the floor. Ugh! I could clearly see spots all over the bathroom floor and it wasn’t water spots from washing hands. I put down a towel for us to walk on and said we will only be here a few hours, just long enough to sleep. Sleep did not come easy. And - at 6:00 am the alarm clock, which we did not set, went off in a loud shrill, waking us up instantly. I’m ashamed for anyone to know we stayed here and hope we never have to stay at a Best Western again. If management reads this please know how important it is for travelers to stay in a clean, sanitized room. Most of us can overlook dated, but we cannot overlook unsanitary. I can’t tell you anything about breakfast, I think you understand why we didn’t eat. less

I am sorry that you were not happy with your stay. This is not the way we do business. Please give me a call when you have a moment. We had an extended power outage for a couple of days and my guess is that played a roll in this.
