We have a couple of rooms booked for an event at the NEC this June which has now been been cancelled by the organisers due to the Coronavirus. The event organisers have not got a new date for the event so we are not able to simply ask for a transfer to a different date for the rooms at this hotel. However, when we phoned them to tell them this, we were told blankly , "NO REFUNDS" , regardless of COVID-19. So, in the face of a global pandemic, this is one company that does NOT care whatsoever for customers once they have handed over their money. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS HOTEL DURING the COVID-19 OUTBREAK. less
