Used early check in from my BWPlus app. Staff never checked their early reservations until I showed up. Took an hour to get into my room. They then gave our room to another guest who walked in on us as we were changing for wedding. They then completely disabled our room lock and the clerk on duty at 1:00 am when we returned didn't know what to do to get us into our room. Property under construction so parking is very limited. Room was not clean (hair stuck to bathroom door). Lots of water damage in bathroom. On checkout I asked for a Manger to contact me to discuss our stay and 4 days later, with a follow up email, I've heard from no one. Customer service must be very low on their priority list. This is the worst BW I've ever stayed at. I'm rethinking which brand Hotel I should use in the future. less
