Bad customer service & filthy area to be in because it’s surrounded by drug attics. One of my guest rooms wasnt clean

Somebody messed with my mirror outside in there parking lot & the lady at the front desk was very rude and didn’t accommodate after they messed up on there end and gave us a dirty room not to mention ... more

Very Helpful Staff!

This hotel is kind of out of the way to get to from the downtown Boston attractions, but was still easy enough to get back and forth to between Uber and using the subway. Can't say much about the cont... more
