The hotel should not keep pretending that the so called comfort rooms are equipped with air condition. They only have poor ventilation. Clients who do not know about this and who depend on air con to sleep, are told, once they find out about the problem after a hot summer's day, to take a superior room with air con (if available) which almost doubles the price. The receptioin refused to grant me an available room with air con although I explained that I was unable to sleep in a room at 25° Celsius. The receptionist said the following morning that they had ventilators and that I should have asked them…! Great service to tell me about this when it's too late. By the way, next time I will stay at a nearby hotel in Bahnhofsstrasse which has got air con for less than the "comfort room" at the Arosa hotel which pretends to be a BEST WESTERN PLUS hotel. They offered me breakfast when I complained next morning but refused to refund the room. less

Guten Tag,
