Good for parking, decor needs a refresh

Will I ever get my loyalty points?

I'm a Diamond member and have now made 3 requests to get my points. No luck so far! Very overpriced hotel...I paid £125....no evening meals they send out and I paid £25 for a steak that was terrible. ... more
