Noisy slow service and overpriced

I stayed there the weekend of the provincial track and field event this hotel nicked up the prices by over $70 per night for this weekend which was typical and expected. However I wasn’t expecting to be woken up at 6am due to the radio been played very loudly in the kitchen. Then when we went for breakfast we had to wait 20 minutes to get our drinks which was a cup of tea and a small glass of chocolate milk. We then had to wait another 20 minutes to get our food which was a bagel with cream cheese and an plate of hash browns 3 bits of cold bacon and poached eggs which were hard boiled and rubbery. While waiting for our breakfast one of the cleaners was vacuuming the reception area for the whole time we waited for our food, the noise was high pitched and never ending. The whole experience is something other people should avoid. At check out the man vacuuming was behind the desk working and at least turned it off while I was there I was asked if I enjoyed my stay I said no and explained what was wrong the lady at the desk told me a manager would call me first thing on Monday morning it is now Friday and I haven’t had a call from anyone. Poor service from this hotel they got our money and don’t care that we had a terrible stay. That day I had to drive home which was a 5hr drive and thanks to being woken up too early subjected to loud noise I had a splitting headache I would strongly recommend staying at any other hotel in this area less
