Hotel needs work...and help

Probably my worst experience staying here...each stay, it gets worse,( and Ive stayed close to 100 nights over the past year here).....filthy lobby area...garbage littering the floor.., vagrants sleep... more

Not very customer friendly

Dear Jeff W Thank you for the time taken to write this review. Our checkout time is 11am and therefore we would need time to be able to clean the rooms. Our normal check in time is 4pm and the earliest we are able to help a guest with an early check in is at 12am and this is dependant on us having a clean room available. I apologise that you had to wait for the room but I hope you can understand that we would have needed time to clean a room for you. We will always do our best to try help where we can. Kind Regards

Wishing there was a swimming pool with hot tub
