Dear Tera S Thank you very much for your notes and this makes us proud for the hard work of our staff who is always trying to please our guests to make their stay as pleasant as possible. For the sleep quality we have the possibility to change hard mattresses with soft mattresses, if required, and I'm sorry that you have not asked the reception to change them. Having the majority of our guests (80%) half board including dinner, knowing the goodness of our cuisine, throughout their stay to give the best service is assigned a table for the period that they are with us. Our a la carte service, for our guests on bed and breakfast, is available from 12.00 to 22.00 and we are more than happy they feel the goodness of our cuisine at a moderate price. The management and staff all try to preserve this for our guests in the future and look forward to having you back in the near future. Thank you from all the staff and the management. Ugo Di Maio
