Not an executive Inn!

This hotel is a smoking and nonsmoking hotel. I smelled smoke when I entered the hotel and all down hallway to my room. The check in process was slow and my receipt was different than what I was quote... more

When we received your reservation it did in fact come as a smoking king room, on this particular weekend that you came we where in fact booked with a family reunion. The receipt was given to you only because there was no where on your reservation stating that it was prepaid and a paper did get printed out showing you that you booked the smoking room. When you stated that you called the number on the site it was said that you didn't call the hotel direct number. And a room did not miraculously appear you where standing here when a gentleman checked out early and the housekeeping went directly went in and cleaned the room so we could put you in there. And it was stated once that we are and independently owned and operated hotel no one here called you an idiot or tried to make you feel that way. We didn't know how much you paid until you told us so the $150 didn't have anything to do with us. And if the pipe was leaking then why didn't you come to the front desk or call so it could be taken care of immediately? If the white towels turned your skin red you also should have let front desk know. We are sorry that your visit wasn't up to your standards we do pride ourselves in making each guest stay pleasant and enjoyable.
