We checked in on a Thursday night and there was a fellow working the front desk who seemed as though he doesn't like to work so he called a young woman up from the office room to check us in. She barely acknowledged our presence and did a terrible job checking us in. I would've given the hotel a 1 rating but for my experience the next morning with Tannis the fellow working at the front desk. He was cheerful and helpful! Thank you, Tannis for making up for your fellow employees who don't take their job seriously. less

I apologize for your experience, the gentleman that you are speaking of called the other agent up to the desk because he was training her and she needed to do the check in so she could learn, it had nothing to do with not wanting to check you in. The other girl was back in the laundry room folding towels and was called up in order to do the check in to learn how to do it. I agree with you that she was not friendly, and she is no longer employed with us. Thank you for your comments about Tannis, but please dont jump to conclusions about people unless you know what is going on. He would have been happy to help you, if he wasnt training a new associate.
