I am sorry that we failed to provide you with customer service, something that we are in this business for. With all of the competition out there especially in this time of uncertainty with COVID-19 I had hoped we were better than this. Training is in the very near future for our hotel. I want to assure you we are a non smoking facility, with that being said I will be investigating the smell of smoke, the sounds you experienced in the room and make the appropriate changes to ensure this does not happen to another guest. I would hope that you could give us a chance in the future to prove that we are better than what you first experienced.
