Really poor customer service

We stayed at this hotel for one night on 3/10/19. We were given our key card by a very unfriendly woman at the front desk and told where our room was. It was quite a walk from the front desk. When we got there, the key card did not work. My husband walked all the way back to the front desk. The unfriendy women at the front desk ran it through a machine and gave it back to my husband assuring him it would now work. Another long walk back to the room only to be find out it again did not work. My husband now walked back to the front desk. He told her it still did not work, and she started arguing with him telling him it had to work. This went back and forth a few times and my husband asked that we be given a different room. At this point, she grapped the key and stormed off to the room to try it herself. Without so much as acknowledging me, she tried the key and realized it did not work. I said to her "did you think we were not telling you the truth?" Again with not a word, never mind an apology, she walked back to the front desk, with my husband following (she let the staircase door slam in his face) and finally gave us a new room.
The following morning when I checked out the Manager was there along with this same woman from the night before. Only now with her Manager standing there, she was all smiles and nice as could be. I said to her "you are being very nice now but you sure weren't last night." I then relayed the whole story to the Manager who literally just stood there and stared at me - no apology - nothing. I told the Manager "I just thought you would want to know". Still nothing. I will not stay here again. less
