Most of the employees couldn't be bothered with straightening out THEIR errors with our reservations. Only Jamie & Tim seemed to care and did all they could to help. The hotel room had no sheets, towels, ice bucket, and pillows on the floor when we arrived. One employee was smoking "funny stuff" in the car and then got out of the car and went inside to work. Maybe that's why our room didn't have what it should have. The Gen. Manager & front desk manager were rude! We've been going to the Danville Best Western for 4 years and since Michele Fisher left, we have had major issues with this location. Doesn't matter if you confirm your reservations or not, you won't get the room type that you paid for ! less
