I stayed at this property in April 2, 2018. Made my reservation online. It markets itself as Pet-Friendly, says they ‘welcome pets, please call the hotel for more information. The worst falsehood was on the website the list Queen 2 bed as $89 with all the amenities and the choice below it is the same but ‘pet friendly’ room with amenities also listed for $89 . I called the hotel about my reservation with the dog and he never told me there was a surcharge for the dog. I am not opposed to pay9ng for my dog to stay with me, but definitely feel this was misleading. The hotel manager, Mike, told me too bad and refused to correct the misleading info on the website or to refund my $20 surcharge.
I was a member of the Best Western loyalty program but have quit as I will not stay at one again. less

Yes, there is a pet fee concerning pets, and not all rooms at pet friendly hotels are allowed
to house pets due to many allergies of persons to pets, and the extra clean up that may be associated with pet mishaps. We are sorry that you felt the website was misleading about the housing of your pet.
