I stayed a few months ago (early November) and have been holding my review pending a resolution, but as of today, nothing. I live on the coast and wanted to spoil myself for my birthday...room service..tv..ocean views..alone time! When I arrived, all was great, room was exactly as I hoped, but maybe a bit warm. I called Anna at the desk and she explained their was no AC, but instructed me how to turn the heat down and offered a fan that I accepted. The room never really cooled down, but room service brought my dinner and I found a good movie, so I let it slide, just using the fan breeze.
Everything quickly went wrong the next morning. I decided on breakfast and called room service..no answer..assuming they were busy I waited and called about. Repeated this for 45 minutes and decided to call the front desk. She investigated and called me back to say they were short staffed and not offering room service. Couldn't someone answer the phone to tell me that an hour ago? So I decided to just take a shower and go. However, no hot water, and a terrible fog horn noise kept happening. I called down again and they sent maintenance. He came and apologized it would take about 20 minutes. He finished and said I would have hot water and no noise now. He was right about the water temp, but I still had the fog horn noise, so I rinsed, turned it off, shampooed, turned it on to rinse, off to soap...you get it..
I packed everything on the verge of tears at this disaster of a morning. I went to check out and Jeana greeted me with..wow, you have had a terrible stay! I could only shake my head and ask for the manager, the wall sign said it would be Judy. Jeana said of course, left and came back to tell me she was on the phone and she would be right out. I had booked with points and I not only wanted to inform her of what happened, but also see if she could offer any points back. I never had the chance. After 15 minutes, I walked out having never met the manager. Anna called me not too long after to tell me they were crediting my account back for the full points and adding some extra. I was grateful for the follow up and initiative, but was confused why the manager wasn't calling. I reiterated someone needed to go look at the shower and she said they already did and the shower head, that was making the noise, came off in their hands. So glad I missed that. Fast forward..mid December..no points have been credited back. I called the main BW customer care number, they reached out to the hotel. Anna called me to say she wasn't sure why it hadn't happen, but they should be there in 2 weeks. 5 weeks later, nothing. I am so frustrated with this property. I just want my points back and to move on from this. less

Anna is the guest service manager this is probably why she contacted you, I am very sorry that I was unavaialbe to meet you and help solve your problem.
