Aiden by Best Western @ T'aim Hotel

booked via Chase/Expedia ... my first mistake. This hotel HATES Expedia ... they resent the commission they pay (they mentioned that several times). So we got the worst possible room they could give us "call Expedia with problems" We complained about the noise, and they said that can happen. This should be a nice hotel ... rooms are generally well appointed, and pretty clean. Location is great, but when you are treated like a 2nd class citizen, it gets rough (I have platinum status at BW ... that means nothing because of Expedia). Due to travel restrictions we had to cut our stay short ... they happily kept our money ... and boasted about it to each other... less

Nice hotel along l’Oise, modern with great terrace for breakfast or drinks. While the hotel is AC this is not the case for the gym, does not make any sense this is the place where you would expect it, Also no cleaning materials or sanitizer in gym, essential to clean equipment after each use. less

We booked this last minute stopover before getting euro tunnel back to uk, expecting a typical Best Western hotel. Instead we found a very nice stylish almost boutique hotel. Very modern and comfortable The attached restaurant looks great, with lovely views over the river from the terrace (unfortunately they were fully booked and we couldn’t get a table, but at reception they were very helpful and gave a very good recommendation, including a map! for a few restaurants in town. We went to L’Atelier du 14, just 10 minutes walk away - very good). Taking Covid very seriously- felt very safe. Would highly recommend. Only tip would be for hotel to provide Clear directions to car park in advance. If coming from south you get to it before the hotel and we almost missed the sign for Hotel T’aim in the right. less

I stayed at the hotel for a weekend with my mum and my sister whilst my daughter competed in a ice skating competition. The hotel was perfect, about 10 minutes by foot outside of the city centre, the staff were super helpful and nice and the parking was free. Definatley recommend. less

I stayed for 4 nights in business trip. Hotel is very well located - walking distance from downtown. It is new, room was clean, wifi worked well, breakfast with good choices, services very warm. Restaurant was an excellent surprise. less
