The Grill introduces you to a mouth-watering selection of food in a new and vibrant dining experience. This exciting menu created by our Head Chef sees the classic grill concept introduced for all the family. This menu has been created for our Grill Restaurant, including a range of the finest locally produced and sourced ingredients, which currently include Hereford beef, award winning Lashford sausages and local Berkswell cheese.
We are also proud to announce that we have an extensive wine list which has been specifically selected to compliment the new grill menu.

Emma has joined us after several years as Head Chef at the St Michaels Hotel in Falmouth and previously at the Idle Rocks, St Mawes and the Grand Hotel, Torquay. The St Michaels had an AA Rosette and was well known for its fresh fish and local produce.
Emma loves cooking and here are a couple of her recent dish successes.
Braised ox cheek with root vegetables and smoked bacon, fondant potato and blackberry vinegar sauce.
Dark hot chocolate shot, vanilla marshmallow, chocolate doughnuts and cinnamon sugar.
