Refurbished in January 2010, our restaurant and lounge are modern in style, yet enhance the historic appeal of the hotel itself. The restaurant offers pure fine dining, with crystal Chandeliers that are modern, but refined. The menu is inspired by local produce and includes homemade terrines, bread, soups and pottages but be sure to leave room for a delectable home made dessert!

Greg started at the hotel in July 2011 and comes to us with a wealth of experience. His focus is on both traditional dishes and fine dining with the emphasis on using local produce and making as mush as possible on site. Greg has rossettes to his name and is looking to acheive this in the wonderful 108 restaurant. He is always happy to speak with guests and arrange dishes to suite individual requirements whether this is a dietary requirement or just a favourite dish.
