At the helm is head chef, Chris Staines. Chris is already very highly regarded in the industry - he was Head Chef at Foliage, Mandarin Oriental, London where he held a Michelin star for 7 years and, before that, he was Chef de Cuisine at Marco Pierre White's The Oak Room, which held 3 Michelin stars when he was there.
