1. This offer is valid for bookings made between 17th September and 18th December 2007 and for stays between 1st October and 18th December 2007 inclusive for stays at participating Best Western hotels in Great Britain. Minimum 2-night stay applies.

2. There are ten price categories available in this promotion - £109, £119, £129, £139, £149, £159, £169, £179. £189, £199. The category prices are for two consecutive nights, bed & breakfast for two people sharing a standard twin or double room and table d'hote dinner on the first night at participating Best Western hotels. Those hotels that do not offer table d’hote will offer a supplement toward their a la carte menu. You will be advised of this at time of booking. For on-line bookings, please arrange directly with the hotel. All extra expenses (room service, bar bills, newspapers, other meals etc) must be paid in full prior to departure.

3. If a third night is booked, normal Getaway rates will apply. If you make another 2 night booking, you will be entitled to the package rate. Your booking must be made within the promotional period stated above.

4. All prices and information are believed to be correct at the time of going to print on 17th September 2007. Unfortunately changes and errors can occur. Please check all details with the reservation agent when making your booking.

5. Participating hotels may be moved to a lower or higher price category. The applicable price of your break will be confirmed at the time of booking.

6. Bookings are subject to promotional room availability. This offer is not available with any other Best Western promotional offer or discount. Availability may be restricted during key holiday periods and may be subject to mid-week or weekend stays.

7. Full payment must be made at the time of booking. Confirmation of the booking will be sent and once made, bookings cannot be amended or refunded. Cancelled bookings will not be refunded, exchanged or transferred.

8. Best Western Rewards points cannot be redeemed or rewarded on this offer.

9. Best Western reserve the right to withdraw a hotel from the promotion should it not meet the required standards of Best Western or for any other operational reason.

10. Best Western promises to provide your chosen accommodation with reasonable skill and care. Best Western cannot accept liability or pay compensation where the performance or prompt performance of its contractual obligations is prevented or affected by or you otherwise suffer damage or loss due to any event which Best Western could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid, or which was outside Best Western's control.
