It makes us very happy that you enjoyed the tours you too We are very sorry about the time you had to wait at the airport for the shuttle to arrive so please, accept our most sincere apologies for it. We would also like to apologize for the musty smell in your room, we assure you that if you had let our front desk staff know about it, they would have gladly changed you to another room. We are very distressed to learn that you felt that the restaurants providing our complimentary breakfast options did not served hearty enough breakfast choices. We are going to share your comments with our Management so that they can take them into account because as nothing is more important than our guests' total comfort and satisfaction. We are truly sorry that the car rides took so long to get you from the hotel to the restaurants our staff recommended due to the crazy traffic. We think that the restaurant in our premises that you were not able to find was in the casino because besides Denny's and Sangria, there are not other restaurants at the Irazu complex.Once again, we apologize for all the inconveniences you experienced.
