Terms and Conditions

Best Western Rewards members (“Member(s)”) who (a) register for the Promotion (either on www.bestwestern.co.uk/rewardsrush4 or as otherwise permitted (e.g., at the front desk of any Best Western® branded hotel), (b) complete one or more eligible stays* between December 2, 2019 and February 2, 2020 (“Promotion Period”) at any Best Western branded hotel worldwide, and (c) have a valid email address listed in the Member’s account profile at the time of registration for the Promotion, can earn up to three promotional Best Western Travel Cards® (“Gift Cards”). 

Members will earn one (1) 10 USD/CAD/EUR/GBP** Gift Card following the completion of the first eligible stay, one (1) 20 USD/CAD/EUR/GBP** Gift Card following the completion of the second eligible stay, and one (1) 30 USD/CAD/EUR/GBP** Gift Card following the completion of the third eligible stay.  There is a limit of three (3) Gift Cards per Member during the Promotion Period totaling 60 USD/CAD/EUR/GBP**.  The Gift Card(s) will be issued in the currency used in the Member’s country of residence, as indicated in the Member’s account profile, where available**.The Gift Card(s) will be emailed as a virtual gift card to the Member’s email address registered in their  Best Western Rewards profile.  The Gift Card(s) cannot be used to pay for the first eligible stay, during which the Member qualified to receive the Gift Card pursuant to this Promotion.  The Gift Card(s) can be used toward a subsequent stay after the Gift Card is received.

Promotion registration and Best Western Rewards enrollment/membership required prior to the first eligible stay applied to the PromotionEligible stays completed prior to Promotion registration and Best Western Rewards enrollment/membership will not count towards satisfying the Promotion requirements. Best Western Rewards enrollment may be completed by visiting www.bestwestern.co.uk/rewards  The Gift Card will expire 120 days after the date of issuance. The expiration date will be stated on the Gift Card.

No extensions, substitutions, or replacements available.  Promotion is non-transferable.  Promotion is subject to cancellation or change without notice. Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks from completion of the eligible stay(s) to receive the Gift Card(s). The Gift Card(s) will be sent electronically to the Member’s email address (regardless of whether the Member has opted out of Best Western communications).  The Gift Card(s) will not be sent via mail or any other means other than to the Member’s email address as registered in the Member’s account profile. Multiple check-in/check-out at the same property with less than 24 hours between check-out and check-in will only count as one eligible stay. Eligible stays which take place during the Promotion Period must be completed on or before February 3, 2020 to be counted towards the Promotion.  Eligible stays which begin before the Promotion Period, but have a check-out date that overlaps the beginning of the Promotion Period, will be counted towards the Promotion.

**Customers who reside in countries where their main currency is USD, CAD, GBP, or EUR, will be issued a Gift Card in their country’s respective currency, otherwise, a USD Gift Card will be issued.

Q. The promotion offer is “Get More, Stay More Gift Card Promotion’

All Rewards members who register for the Gift Card promotion at www.bestwestern.co.uk/rewardsrush4 and complete an eligible stay between 2 December 2019 and 2 February 2020 at a Best Western branded hotel worldwide will receive a £10  Gift Card following their first stay, a £20 Gift Card following their second stay and a £30 Gift Card following their third stay.  By ‘eligible’, we mean a stay that is eligible to earn Rewards points.

Q. What is an eligible stay?

A. An “eligible stay” for the purpose of this Promotion is defined as one or more consecutive nights at the same Best Western branded hotel, at a rate eligible for earning points or airline/partner rewards, with the exception of a stay booked through an online travel agency, a stay booked through a tour operator, or a stay booked at a special discounted rate (see Best Western Rewards program rules for further information on eligibility criteria). Eligible stays completed prior to promotion registration and Best Western Rewards enrollment/membership will not count.

Q. Are bookings through a 3rd party / Online Travel Agent site eligible?

If a reservation is booked through a 3rd party/OTA site, and the new member is registered for the promotion, and the hotel posts the 500 one-time sign up points to the new members account, and the new member provided a valid email address at the time of enrollment, this would count as a qualified stay and a gift card would be sent.

This is only for the first stay in which a new member is enrolled in the BWR program, subsequent stays where the guest continues to book on a 3rd party/OTA site are not eligible.

Q. How long will it take for the Rewards customer to receive their Gift Cards?

A. Gift Card(s) will be delivered by email only within 1-2 weeks after the completed eligible stay. Member must have a valid email address on file to be issued and receive the Gift Card.

Q. Is there a limit to the number of Gift Cards a Rewards member can earn?

A. There  is  a  limit  of  three  (3)  Gift  Cards  per  Rewards Member  during  the  Promotion  Period  totalling  £60.

Q. What currency will the Gift Cards be issued in?

Members will earn one (1) £10, $10 USD/CAD Gift Card following the completion of the first eligible stay, one (1) £20, $20 USD/CAD Gift Card following the completion of the second eligible stay, and one (1) £30, $30 USD/CAD Gift Card following the completion of the third eligible stay.

The  Gift  Card(s)  will  be  issued  in  the  Member’s  local  currency,  where  available.  Customers who  reside  in countries where their main currency is GBP, USD, CAD or EUR will receive Gift Card(s) in their respective currency. If the Member’s local currency is not listed, USD Gift Card(s) will be issued.

Q. Do Best Western Rewards members need to beREGISTEREDfor this promotion to be eligible for this promotion?

A. Yes. Best Western Rewards members must be REGISTERED for the promotion PRIOR to their first eligible stay applied to the promotion to qualify .Best Western Rewards® members can register for the promotion online at www.bestwestern.co.uk/rewardsrush4  by logging into their Best Western Rewards account profile and registering through their profile, or at the hotel front desk, where available.

Q.If a guest doesn’t receive their Gift Card within 1 month from the completed stay, who should they contact?

Q. Can all Best Western Rewards members participate?

A. Yes. All Best Western Rewards member can participate in the offer regardless of their home country.

Q.Why doesn’t Best Western automatically register all existing Best Western Rewards members into the seasonal promotions?

A. Asking customers to register for promotions engages them into our Best Western Rewards program and to our brand, and ensures that Best Western is in their consideration set.  It also helps us measure the effectiveness of our promotions allowing us to continue to promote some of the richest offers in the market today.  We want you to have a choice
