What a great hotel, the staff were magnificent nothing was a problem and they were all so courteous. The hotel is a minute walk from Time Square, 15 minutes to central Park and 15 minutes to Madison Square garden. There is a subway at the end of the street too. The room was great, although the AC was very noisy and as we stayed during the hottest Temp recorded in May it was a problem as couldn't sleep, we did report the issue and maintenance attempted to fix the problem, but it didn't really solve the issue maybe slightly queiter so we just lived with it. Some of the woodwork and a couple of the blinds were showing signs of age bit that's all. Breakfast was complementary, croissant, bagles, cereals, yogurts. Just right to start the day off. There was always coffee and water available near the front desk too. We didn't get time to visit the roof top bar and the restaurants in the hotel, but they were very popular indeed. This was our first visit from the UK to NYC and I'm so glad that we found this gem of a hotel. I would highly recommend it to anyone. Thank you so much to all the staff for helping towards our fantastic holiday. You were fantastic.
We stayed from the 05/20/2022 - 05/27/2022 in Room 301 which is at the front of the hotel.

It was an absolute pleasure having you with us and thank you for your kind words. It was certainly a scorcher in May and I dare say it is only getting warmer this summer! We are most certainly centrally located, a fact not lost on us, and we are truly fortunate for it.
I apologize greatly for those imperfections you found in your room, no matter how small the imperfection your room is your home, and I am certain you wouldn't expect such conditions in your own house. I will be certain these comments are forwarded to our Housekeeping/Restoration departments.
