Barn Restaurant

With its original wooden beams and wrought ironwork, our Barn Restaurant showcases the history of the original building. It's a lovely rustic setting for a mouth-watering evening meal or leisurely buffet breakfast. Our adventurous menus change monthly but expect the likes of braised beef steak with mashed potato and red wine and thyme gravy, and grilled seabass with new potatoes and a lemon butter sauce. All our dishes are lovingly created with seasonal ingredients where possible and can be complemented by a selection from our wine list. On a balmy summer's evening, dine al fresco in the courtyard in the shade of our parasol tables.

Gravity Bar

For a more informal environment, head to our stylish contemporary Barn Bar, which serves local real ales and hearty pub grub using locally-sourced ingredients. It's an ideal spot for a business lunch, family gathering or snack with friends. Our bar menu includes warm cheesy nachos with a salsa dip, Lincolnshire sausage and mash, battered cod and chips and a selection of sandwiches. It's available 7 days a week, and food chosen from this menu can be eaten in the restaurant if you prefer.

Best Western The Barn Hotel & Spa is just a mile from the A1 north of Grantham, so is easily reached if you're travelling by car. Once here, you can comfortably park in our large car park. Our meeting rooms each have their own individual charm and come with a screen, flipcharts and pens, plus free Wi-Fi. The purpose-built Allington Suite, on the ground floor, is our largest room and can accommodate up to 300 delegates theatre-style. It's ideal for large seminars, exhibitions and banquets. Our conference co-ordinator will work with you from your initial inquiry through to your event to help you achieve all your objectives. Afterwards, you and your guests can relax in our health club or enjoy a drink in the bar. As well as conferences, we also cater for office Christmas parties, staff summer barbecues and teambuilding away days.
