Nothing to shout about.
We visited Manchester for my 31st. The hotel is easy enough to find, parking was secure on site. Don't use booking.com and ring the hotel instead as their price with parking is cheaper than booking.com.
Reception is nice and clean and staff seem pleasant.
We booked a suite for two nights at £160 and it's no thrills at all. Room is quite bland and there's no real character. The windows struggle to close.
The room was dusty though, the bedside phone was especially dusty, you'd not expect this if the rooms are cleaned to Covid standard. The couch had crumbs on it and it was disgusting if you lifted the cushions so we didn't sit on it. Also they use really cheap and poor quality toilet paper. The lamps were also very dusty.
We didn't bother with breakfast at this place even though it was included. No vegan options at all, when asked when booking the staff just shrugged it off... First hotel we've stayed in for a long time that haven't gotten some plant based milk or vegan option in for breakfast.
We ordered from pret and had Uber eats deliver.
All in all, I don't think we'd stay here again but for the price we felt it was good for two nights but we did expect alot more. less
