Due to faulty air/heat ,dirty sink and wet floor we were moved to another room after going to bed. The air would cycle to 60 degrees and then heat would come on forcefully to 76 and then it would cycle back to 60. The next room air/heat seemed to work ok, but we had to kill 2 big flying bugs. Then went into bathroom and had to wash gnats down the sink.
I woke up at three am and had to kill another of the flying bugs and wash more gnats down the sink. I then noticed how dirty and beat up bathroom was with bits of mold and someone's Victoria Secret's Underwear hanging on the back of the door. I had enough and could no longer sleep. My husband was asleep after driving all day, so I could not wake and check-out and look for another place for the rest of the night.
In the morning, we skipped breakfast, as it was on the second floor and they didn't have an elevator.
Checking out they said with all the inconvenience, they would give me $10 back. I said that was unacceptable and the manager was called again. He then offered half off and no more, because he said I should have checked out in the night. I said I would write a bad review.
This hotel needs maintenance and cleaning. The girls at night and in the morning were pleasant. less
