we returned to our room at about 7PM and discovered that it had not been cleaned/refreshed at all, it was just exactly as we had left it at 9:30 that morning. I contacted the manager, Danny Patel, about this situation. I found that he was arrogant, indifferent, and argumentative. He blamed me for leaving the DND sign on the door that day, although I told him that we had removed it at 9:30 AM. He was argumentative and belligerent, and told me that he would not clean/refresh the room, or provide fresh towels, or do anything to correct the situation. He is the focus of my complaint. Does his behavior meet BW standards or expectations for a site manager? It does not meet mine, I am a longstanding, paying customer. At my persistence, he finally allowed us to move into another room for that night. He continued to say that I was being rude, although he and his staff were the cause of our room not being prepared that day. I have severe distaste for the manner in which your manager treated me in this situation. I told him that I would file a complaint directly with BW, and he stated that he did not care if I did. less
