Dear 388lovetravelin: Thank you for choosing SureStay. There is a reset button on the outlet. All you needed to do was press the little red button. I apologize that the desk clerk or whom ever you reported it to did not let you know this. Again, I apologize and I hope you will give us another chance to show you that we care.

Yelled at by employee when I just pulled into the parking lot

Dear delusionalone: The first time the employee came out she asked the director to move the tent. The hotel was not told by any one that they wanted to set up a tent in our parking spaces. The hotel was full and we need the spaces for other guests. She was then yelled at by several members of your group. The tent was not moved! The second time she went out was over an hour later and she was again yelled at by your group. Your group should have asked where to set up a tent in the first place and this wouldn't have happened.

I apologize if you thought the staff was rude. Your group did not ask if it was ok to set your tent up in the parking lot and she was just trying to get you to relocate it to where it was out of the way. As for you having to wait an hour to check in you showed up at noon when our check in time isn't until 3. We provide a grab an go breakfast from 6-9 and we also had coffee in our rooms
