Stayed for 4 nights in December arriving Sunday 5th. Very good location. Had requested a room with a bath tub, but given room with shower only. Request had been made well before our stay -- twice. Did get moved to a room with a bath after one night. No breakfast, but got refund as we'd booked a B&B rate. A "grab & go" is not what we paid for, hence request for refund for breakfast part of our stay. No acknowledgement of our BW Rewards status / membership. Not the end of the world, but usually hotels do acknowledge membership. Bathroom in second room had lots of hot water, but a little bit more attention to cleaning would have been helpful. Staff at front desk very friendly and approachable, and did do their best to resolve issues. less

I appreciate the comments about your experience, sorry to hear there was hot water in the tap on that day,, we checked and found it working fine now.
The restaurant is temporarily closed for Covid-19 this is to avoid further spreading the virus, we will resume the continental buffet breakfast in the near future.
