I was somewhat disappointed in my stay at the Prestige. First the positive, breakfast at the hotel was decent and the room was a good size, but with a parking lot view. Now onto the not so great, The pillows were not comfortable, bed okay. Just glad to be on the quiet side of the hotel. However, there was no coffee nor any cups whatsoever in the room. When I called down I was told that they used to serve coffee in the lobby, but do not anymore because of COVID 19. They did not have coffee makers for all the rooms. I waited on the phone for the front desk agent to suggest a solution, but none came, not even an offer that I could pick up coffee in the restaurant in the morning. Coffee makers are cheap, please buy them for all rooms and provide coffee or tea service, or at least offer to provide take out coffee in the restaurant until this is remedied. I went down and picked up some cups so I could at least drink some water in my room, but found they worked even better for wine. Also, the staff do not seem informed of the amenities in the hotel, I asked whether they have laundry service and was told no, then walked around the first floor and found a coin operated laundry room. less
