Don't get me wrong, the hotel is nice, the room was very spacious and comfortable, great mattress... But there was enough hair in the linens to make a wig! It started with one hair peeking out of the fancy folded towel, I laughed as I pulled on it and it just kept coming, it was long! I don't get grossed out easily and hey, hair happens. But then we pulled back the sheet and the amount of hair stuck to the blanket beneath was far from funny. It was just everywhere, long dark hairs stuck everywhere, and a few short curly hairs too if you know what I mean. We got our the spare blanket from the closet thinking we would just use that on top of the bed, but that was even worse! I attached a photo, and every square inch of the blanket looked exactly the same. We were already pretty settled and I had surgery scheduled for the next day (we came from out of state specifically for me to have brain surgery at the local hospital) so we decided to grin and bear it rather than ask to switch rooms, because the linens would likely be just as bad in another room. They're all laundered the same, right? So I spent 2 days picking a stranger's hair out of my bed trying to hide it from. My husband so he would get grossed out. I showed the photo to the manager at check out, she said she would mention it to the cleaning staff but nothing more, didn't offer to take anything off the bill, nothing. My surgery had to be delayed, so we have to come back again and we'll stay here again. Because it is the best value in the area, but we will thoroughly check the room before making ourselves comfortable. less
