Thank you for your review of the Inn at Great Neck. We appreciate your feedback, as our guests' satisfaction is of great importance to us. We truly apologize for your experience and agree with your concerns. During this time, we had in house guests that extended their stays in their balcony rooms. While we do our best to accommodate room type requests, there are times, where we, unfortunately, are not able to do so. It would be my pleasure to make this up to you by ensuring you receive a balcony room should you have future plans to return to the Great Neck area as well as include breakfast for each morning of your stay. I am very sorry to hear that you carried your luggage down the stairs. Hotel staff would have certainly assisted you had you contacted the front desk. Please know we are aware of our elevator issues and we are currently in the process of replacing them both. Thank you again for your review and the compliments you have shared.
