We take great care in providing a home away from home experience for each of our guests. Our staff is here to help in any way they can to provide everything our guests need to enjoy their stay. From our front desk, to housekeeping, to our restaurant staff - each member strives to go above and beyond. We are glad to see you enjoyed the comforts of your room and a delicious breakfast with us the next morning. We apologize for not having a handicapped room available for your parents during their stay. We hope that they enjoyed the upgrade we were able to provide them to better suit their needs. We are sorry that you were disappointed about the room not having grab bars. That particular room, although it does have a walk in shower, is not designated as an accessible room. Therefore it does not have the expected features including the bars. We do have accessible accommodations within the hotel and actually have a larger percentage of accessible rooms then the minimum requirement. It was unfortunate that those rooms were not available as they were occupied during the time they stayed with us. We also have shower chairs and other assistance accessories available upon request for those occasions when the accessible rooms are occupied. We are happy to hear that this did not poorly affect their overall experience. We were happy to have the opportunity to serve them.
