If you don’t want to sleep at all and you like a croissant in a bag in the rain for breakfast then this is the hotel for you
I have never heard noise like it from pubs Nextdoor, music, bottles being tipped into bins, domestics, drunks screaming and the bizarre non stop buzzing from an aircon unit in the room
Advertised as bed and breakfast we were offered a paper bag “ grab and go “ croissant to eat in the pouring rain which we declined and were told would be refunded
The hotel also started some crazy auction style room upgrade and we agreed to pay £40 extra for such. It transpires we paid £40 for 2 bottles of water and two cans of pop. There was no such upgrade at all
Apart from a lovely young lad called Jamie on reception there was little else to be happy about but in the interest of fairness the housekeepers do a good job as well as room was
