I booked our room through Chase points (Expedia) and didn't notice it was an "accessible" room. Not a big deal, usually, and I've stayed in them before. But this room was on the hotel Mezzanine, a floor shared with the fitness and business centers, but no other rooms. Again, not a big deal. However, the room had no outlets - zero - located near the bed. The closest power outlet was at the desk about 10 feet away (where, unhelpfully, the clock radio sat so you couldn't even see it from bed), so no way to charge a phone or other device by your bed, which makes one wonder what if you had a medical device you needed to use and keep charged by the bed?
In addition, the button for the reading lights over the bed was broken, and didn't get fixed even after I reported it to the front desk.
The location is great, and the bed was very comfy. Assuming the "regular" rooms do not have similar layout and design, I'd stay again. less

Thank you for taking the time in writing this feedback about your stay at one of our Accessible Rooms. Your comments are most appreciated.
Please allow me to apologize for not exceeding your expectations during this stay.
There is another power outlet in the room in addition to the one on top of the desk. It is just right below the television on the wall. I apologize that this was not readily visible to you.
I am terribly sorry about the lights that were not fixed. Please know that I will be investigating as to why this was not taken cared of with urgency.
Indeed, all of our other rooms have a different layout compared to our 2 Accessible Rooms, I am most certain that you will be happy with our other offerings.
I do hope to have the pleasure of redeeming ourselves, should your travels bring you back to Vancouver.
With My Warmest Regards,
Rooms Division Manager
