The Manor Restaurant

Now, in its 21st century incarnation as a boutique country house hotel, it continues this fine tradition. The fabulous dining room, with its wood paneling, candlelight and views across the terrace and gardens, is the splendid stage for first-rate cuisine that attracts both guests and locals - always a marker of consistent quality.

Using fine fresh seasonal ingredients our talented kitchen produces a menu mixing British and European dishes that has earned two AA rosettes. We're not surprised. The likes of a goat's cheese Waldorf salad, pan-fried salmon with almonds and sea bream with samphire and lobster cream speak for themselves. As does the summer berry crumble and Sambuca pannacotta. It's relaxed but seriously good dining.

Music Room

Enjoy pre-dinner drinks or a nightcap in our small bar area, where you can also grab a light bite or snack. If it's a warm, sunny day, take your drink out on to the terrace to soak up some rays.

Our acclaimed afternoon high tea is served within the relaxed surroundings of the Music Room, with its deep sofas and roaring fire. Indulge in a selection of finger sandwiches, homemade scones, sweet treats and choice of tea or coffee.

Set in the peaceful Bedfordshire countryside with a sweeping driveway to make your grand entrance, our boutique Georgian mansion could hardly be a more romantic setting for your special day.

At Flitwick Manor, BW Premier Collection by Best Western, we'll pull out all the stops to give you the wedding you dreamed of.

All three of our stunning function suites are licensed for civil ceremonies and can accommodate celebrations of up to 60 guests. If you need more space, we can put up a marquee in the grounds to set the scene for a quintessentially English country wedding. You can also have exclusive use of the hotel and become Lord and Lady of the Manor for the day!

The icing on the cake is our luxury honeymoon suite with tartan-draped four-poster bed and extravagant bathroom with 'kissing baths'.

Escape the humdrum of the office for a business meeting or private function in the luxurious surroundings of Flitwick Manor, BW Premier Collection by Best Western.

With three meeting spaces, lush landscaped grounds and ample parking, we have the peace and quiet and facilities you need for a productive event. If you want extra privacy, you can also hire the hotel exclusively for residential meetings.

We're an hour from London by train, just minutes from junction 12 of the M1 and 30 minutes' drive from Luton Airport, giving your guests a range of transport options.

Our largest space, the Brooks Room, has beautiful views over the terrace and garden, with capacity for up to 60 delegates theatre-style. It also features a music system with ceiling speakers. The Morning Room is ideal for small business meetings for between 15 and 20 delegates, while the Library is great for a board meeting or private dinner for up to 10 people.
