Where is my call back/refund for overcharge?

Upon leaving my room on Wednesday, July 19th, I saw an express check out receipt under my door. I brought it to the front desk. I asked if I could apply cash to the balance of my bill and charge the remaining fee. I was told I could. Flash forward a few days later and I still have four charges on my card for the Best Western's Eden Resort. The first is the original room/restaurant/park ticket fee rate, $1,063.81 that was on my express check out invoice. The second is the rate less the $350 totaling the actual amount that should be paid by myself and applied to my credit card $713.81. The third and fourth are miscellaneous charges, $36.91 and $44.81 respectively, and I have no idea what they are for considering my original invoice included poolside food order and park tickets for Dutch Wonderland, all taxes and fees. I reached out to your hotel numerous times...THREE times yesterday alone to be told each time that "a manager will return your call, we're very busy right now." I waited like an idiot until 11PM for a call back last night. My only course of action since your staff is too busy was to contact my credit card and apply a stop payment on the double, over charge and the miscellaneous charges that are in error. This is very frustrating. less
