Would not stay here again

I reserved a king room for my husband and myself. I noted that the hotel was advertised as a non smoking facility. That is very important to us, as we are not smokers and are very sensitive to the smell.
We checked into the hotel, and the staff was nice and friendly. We went to the third floor to find our room. Upon opening the door, we were overwhelmed by the smell of cigarette smoke.
I went downstairs and told the front desk person about the room, and asked if she had another room. She said they were all sold out. We were very tired as we'd just driven 10 hours, so we stayed in the room.
When I checked out, a different staff asked me how my stay was, and I told her about the smoke. She said "humm, another guest said the same thing."
Even though the price was right, and the location convenient, and the breakfast better than most, I would not stay here again on account of the smell. Sorry. less

On behalf of myself and all the staff here at the Best Western Yellowstone Crossing, I am sorry we failed to exceed your expectations. We hope you give us another chance to really exceed your expectations. I am so sorry that issue happened and we are working on bigger and better signage to counteract the smokers that still try to smoke in the rooms. Thank you!
