I am not a fan of a motel set up where my room has direct access to outside. This hotel had indoor rooms, too, but we were not offered the choice & didn't even know there was a choice until we were settled in the room. Was relatively clean, the pool area looked nice. There was quite a bit of noise of people talking in the parking lot, we could hear every word. The desk clerk in the morning was very nice & friendly. The one who checked us in was ok, not real personable, which is fine too. Do not use the soda machine, I used my credit card & it never gave me my water. So I wasted $5 for nothing in the machine, since I tried it twice (yes, dumb). Only one door to the lobby opened & we knocked over our suitcases every time getting in. This is not typical of me, I'm used to maneuvering a suitcase! less

Hi Matilda, Yes, you are correct; we do have both interior and exterior rooms. Our property was originally built in the 1960's as a California roadside lodge, and we have since remodeled the entire property. It now has a warm Mediterranean feel to it. It is a preference for interior corridor versus exterior, and the décor, upkeep, and space is no different between either. We will address these other items with our soda vendor and our maintenance staff. Thank you for your business, and we hope to see you in the future.
