I stayed at the Best Western Bourberville KY. At check in the price was over $100.00 with tax and no discounts. I used my points, 16,000. I am a diamond member for many years, they could not find me in the computer. I had to call the 800 number. While on the phone she found me in their computer. The bed was extremely firm, WiFi worked good, decent breakfast with very firm chairs. Room walls are thin, you can hear your neighbors. As a diamond member I have stayed at many Best Westerns, this 1 is over priced and over rated for having no events in the area during my stay and not much around the area to do. There are a few fast food restaurants near the property. less

Thank you for taking the time to comment about your recent stay at our property. We
apologize that you were unhappy with certain aspects of your visit. BW Rewards info is all set by the corporate office and computerized. There are often "glitches" and I am sorry for any inconvenience you encountered during check in. All other critiques have been duly noted and we will strive to improve. Our rates have only recently increased and before doing so we checked with other comparative motels/hotels within a 50 mile radius. After such, we did an average of the rates and thus adjusted ours accordingly. We are aware we are in a rural area but we feel we are centrally located in the midst of several state parks and other scenic terrain. Customer service is utmost in our minds and I again apologize for failing to meet your expectations.
