First off, it took more than 2 hours to get a room after being on the job overnight until 6 am. Had to sit in lobby & sleep, then I had breakfast. When I finally got to my room, after 2 hours waiting, maid was half finished cleaning it.
I also left my glucose monitor on the previous trip. I decided to go down to the front desk and recover it. Desk clerk didn't help much and she seemed like I was intruding on her time as she immediately went to help another guest while leaving me standing there in mid-sentence. I returned to my room defeated.
I am a regular at this hotel and have left an item here before. It took a month to track down that item. Matt did a great job that time and his tenacity in tracking down my light is to be commended.
This property really needs a more efficient method of tracking down items accidentally left behind, especially a neccessary medical device, instead of just checking "The Locker." less

Your company books a certain number of rooms per day. We had used all of the allocated rooms for your company on the day in question. We are a busy hotel so when the quota of rooms are used you have to wait until we have a room clean. Check out is 11:00am and Check in is 3:00pm. We accommodated you for early check in. You left your monitor, we kept it for you for over a month, you are well aware that our lost and found is not accessible 24/7. Lost and found can be accessed from 9:00am to 4:00pm daily.
We will certainly understand if you prefer to stay at another hotel. Our attempts to satisfy you always seem to fall short, maybe you should research other hotels that might better accommodate your needs.
