Hotel is under renovation, which is fine. Stayed in newly renovated room. Shower door was not properly leveled and it slid open while showering. Used the soap dish from the sink to keep it closed. TV would not turn on. Called the desk. The person said, "I don't know anything about the TVs or remote, sorry." The next morning the facilities person came and took care of it instantly and could not have been nicer. Too bad the night staff are so poorly trained! If you are a light sleeper, please know that a local train goes by and blows it's whistle. Last thing, the wall outlet near the head of my bed was falling out of the wall! Very poor work, and could be dangerous! less

In behalf of our enitre team here at BW Westfield, I would like to sincerely apologize for failing to meet your expectaitons during your stay with us. As you mentioned we are currently undergoing full renovation to our guestrooms whch just recently was completed. We are aware that we do have outstanding smaller issues that need to be addressed asap and we are in the process of going over our punch list.
All of your remarks in regards to the room you stayed in have been addressed as of today.
It is especially disheartening to hear the response you got from our front desk agent in regards to the remote control, please be assured that is an isolated incident that has been addressed with the front desk agent and will never happen again. We pride our selves with our team's professionalism to which can attest our many positive feedback that we constantly get from out guests.
