Dear rodkehl, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience with us at the West Hills Inn. We apologize for your unhappy stay with us. We must have missed the front door that day. My desk staff are not just front desk staff these days. During shifts they are either cleaning rooms, washing/folding linens, and helping out with other departments. This is why we provide a desk sign to help our guests to contact them when needed. We do want to apologize for the no fridge, microwave, and for being put on the second floor. Not Meeting Good Covid Practices

Older hotel but clean
