We are in the time of Covid, and for you to take a dirty blanket that was placed in the hallway by myself because your horrible cleaning attendance didn’t clean my room for 2 days back to back!! You had the nerve to justify why you put a dirty blanket back on my bed and then had the audacity to tell me you believed your housekeeper wouldn’t do that!! Why would you say, that all the designer blankets stay in the room and they aren’t replaced??? Why admit to me that, no one keeps the designer blankets on the bed and all customers know not to use them? If that’s how you run business, cool; but don’t put an unclean spread back on the bed after it’s been in the hallway overnight on the floor!!!!Your business will fail, and I will make sure to report this to Harris county, and the news station.
Get rid of the manager and the Hispanic lazy, rude front desk clerk.. It’s more to the job than being on your cell phone and being outside when you need to be tending to your guest . Your check in’s and checkout is garbage just as well as your filthy gym that had spiders on the machines!! Please close this place down IMMEDIATELY, and I’m sure some foreigner will be sending me an email with a lame ass apology since it’s a franchise. less
